How to Place Your Order

Follow these simple steps to complete your purchase and enjoy a smooth ordering experience.


Advance time

You must place your minimum order at least 10 days in advance. This will allow us to better organize ourselves regarding the delivery date and production days.


Down payment

A 50% deposit is required in advance within 24 hours to confirm the order. The remaining balance must be paid in cash upon delivery or pickup.


Order

Once the deposit is received, your order will be scheduled and production will begin according to our current order queue and the estimated timeframe provided to the customer.


Order Policy

Once your order goes into production, changes will not be accepted, such as: color, size, or any other detail that was specified beforehand.


Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within the first 48 hours after scheduling it; otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited.


Delivery

Once the order is ready, we contact the customer, send them photos, and coordinate the day and time for delivery or pickup if it was not previously agreed upon.

We accept payments in cash or by bank transfer.

Delivery methods 

We offer delivery service to all municipalities in Havana for an additional fee. You can select this service when you make your purchase.

You can also pick up your order, once it's ready, at our physical store.
